We do our best to process and dispatch special orders as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time provided is based on the expected arrival of the product at our warehouse. Please note that, in some cases, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

These may include SARS customs inspections, courier delays, or other unforeseen logistical issues, which can extend the delivery timeframe. As these delays are outside of our control, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations based solely on extended delivery times. We kindly ask that you take this into consideration before placing an order, particularly if your purchase is time-sensitive.

Only when a special order arrives at our warehouse it will be assigned a local courier tracking number - the local tracking number will be provided to you via our online portal or email. To help streamline our order process, we will only contact you if there is a delay affecting your order or to notify you once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
