While we strive to maintain a comprehensive range, it is not always possible to stock every available model. To expand our offering, we work closely with authorised suppliers both locally and internationally. Products are sourced through official Casio distribution channels and supplied to TCS Direct as required, with either a South African or international warranty. Where a product is sourced internationally, this will be clearly indicated on the product page. (These products are classified as parallel imports and are 100% authentic.)
All Casio products sold through TCS Direct are thoroughly vetted and quality-checked prior to dispatch. Due to the complexities involved in sourcing certain items, all orders are final once placed. We are unable to offer cancellations, refunds, or returns after purchase. Customers are therefore encouraged to ensure that the selected product meets their requirements before completing their order.
As some products are sourced from international markets, original manuals may be provided in a foreign language. In such cases, the physical manual may be removed from the packaging. Customers can access the English version of the manual online using the 4-digit module number located on the back of the watch case.
Ordering Timelines
The estimated delivery time for orders is approximately 7–10 working days from the date of successful order placement and stock confirmation. An estimated delivery timeframe will also be displayed on the relevant product page.
All non-Casio partner store products sold through TCS are carefully vetted and quality-checked, and are supplied with a South African warranty. Due to the coordination required to fulfil these orders, TCS is unable to offer cancellations, refunds, or returns once an order has been placed and processed. Customers are therefore encouraged to ensure that the selected product meets their requirements prior to completing their purchase.
