Imported Casio Products

TCS Direct imports genuine Casio products sourced from authorised global partners. These products are originally manufactured for various international markets, and as a result, the included manuals may be provided in the language of the region for which they were intended.

Due to all the moving parts when ordering a partner store product, TCS Direct does not allow for order cancellations or returns/refunds.

Product Warranties (Casio)

Casio products sold by TCS Direct are covered by a 1-year warranty provided by the relevant Casio supplier. Should a product become faulty within the warranty period, TCS Direct will assist by directing customers to the nearest authorised repair centre. All costs associated with sending the product to the service centre are the responsibility of the customer.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from tampering, misuse, or operation outside of the manufacturer’s specifications. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Please note that the warranty applies to the watch movement only and does not extend to straps, glass, or casing.

All warranty details are securely recorded via the TCS Direct online system. Physical warranty cards are not stamped, ensuring a more streamlined and efficient returns and warranty process.

Product Warranties (Non-Casio)

Non-Casio products sold by TCS Direct include a 6 month warranty held by TCS Direct. If an item becomes faulty within the warranty period, TCS Direct will either repair or placed the faulty product. Return costs to the service centre are borne by the customer. The warranty does not cover tampering or operation outside the manufacturer's specifications. 

Delivery Times

Delays may occur during high-sales periods. TCS Direct is not responsible for unforeseen or uncontrollable delays, including those caused by third-party contractors or external factors like load shedding. TCS Direct strives for prompt order fulfilment. Local orders typically take 1-2 working days to dispatch and 1-3 working days to arrive.

Applicable Law

All interactions with the TCS Direct website are subject to South African law.

Invitation to Do Business

Products displayed on the website are invitations to do business. Transactions are confirmed upon acceptance by TCS Direct communicated via email or telephone. Out-of-stock items during credit card transactions result in a full refund.

Stock

Efforts are made to monitor and remove out-of-stock products. TCS Direct notifies customers if products are unavailable after a sale, offering alternative choices or refunds.

Cancelled Orders and Unwanted Goods

Under the distance selling act, customers have 7 days from receiving goods to cancel contracts. Goods must be returned in their original condition with packaging and must not have been worn. A 10% handling fee applies to cancellations/returns.

Free Gift With Purchase Terms

TCS Direct will occasionally rewards customers by adding a Free gift with purchase according to spend. Free gifts are not able to be exchanged for other products (for example is a shirt size selected is to small TCS Direct will not be liable to collect and replace the item for another item or for another size). If an order with a Free gift is returned the complete order which includes the Free gift will need to be returned as well. All items need to be unused and in a saleable condition. 

Coupon Code Use

Coupon codes will be activated on our site at our discretion. Gift voucher codes will remain active until the full value of the voucher is redeemed. Please note that discount coupon codes such as signup or referral codes will be deactivated during clearance/black month sales, as no additional product discounts will be applied during these events.

Electronic Communications

Visiting TCS Direct or sending emails implies consent to electronic communication. TCS Direct communicates primarily via email.

User Information

Accurate user information is required for purchases. Buyers must be over 18. Unauthorised registration is considered fraud.

Our Rights
