For all repairs, servicing, or warranty-related assessments, customers are required to contact the official Casio service agent in South Africa, James Ralph (Pty) Ltd. Any product requiring repair under warranty must be sent directly to the official service centre at the customer’s own cost. TCS Direct is not responsible for the shipping, collection, or return of any items submitted for repair or warranty assessment.

TCS Direct provides support exclusively for products purchased through our online store. We are unable to assist with enquiries relating to products not purchased via TCS Direct.
