Casio's engineers spent two years and hundreds of prototypes chasing a "triple 10" goal — 10-metre drop resistance, 10 bar water resistance, 10-year battery life — and the result reset what a wristwatch was expected to survive. Every model since has been built on that foundation. Shock-absorbing case structures, 200m water resistance, and mineral or sapphire crystals mean these are watches you wear rather than watches you protect. The range runs from the stripped-back square DW-5600 — the original silhouette, still a streetwear staple — through to Mudmaster and Rangeman models with carbon-core cases, solar charging, altimeters, and Bluetooth timekeeping for expedition use.
